Marble Repair Glue

Select a quality adhesive to glue your marble. Sca is non toxic and safe for food prep areas. Remove the any excess glue form. Let the adhesive cure for the proper length of time.

Our sca clear adhesive includes 2 mix tips and 6 grams 5ml of repair material. Starting with a clean surface always results in a better finish. It is used to glue and repair vertical and horizontal marble and similar stone and is easy to stir and spread. Sca clear adhesive cures hardens in minutes and provides an extra strong bond.

Brush the bonding material on the bottom and edges of the chipped piece of marble and the chipped area of the marble object. This is a difficult process and extremely time consuming. Minimum colour change after hardening. Press the chipped piece into the hole and hold firmly for the amount of time recommended by the adhesive manufacturer.

Work at a fast pace. Repair of marble break using specialist stone glue. The glue is smooth and easy to spread. Clamp the pieces of marble together.

Remove required amount of glue and add the catalyst paste in 2 3 ratios. Be sure that the surfaces to be glued are free of any and all dust. Conventional methods of mounting marble signs were a long process of either applying a two component adhesive for marble and then supporting the sign for at least 48 hours or drilling the marble sign and then fixing bolts. Apply the marble glue to the pieces.

Make sure you glue the marble together correctly the first time because you will not be able to loosen the bond to try the repair again. When you need to glue marble together either a two part epoxy polyepoxide glue or epoxy cement is appropriate for repairs or sticking marble to other surfaces. Psi bonding strength which is nearly impossible to break. Marble should first be cleaned before applying glue.

You can glue the pieces back together using a glue designed for use with stones and marble. It is best utilized as a glue for marble granite and other natural stone surfaces. Instruction for use be sure that the marble to be treated is dry and clean. Stone glue gives the stone a strong bond that is difficult to break.
